My dog likes to go harass the bodega cat by me but always slow on the uptake to find him.

It was already slowed when my department was eliminated almost 2 years ago. I've submitted thousands of applications. The difference is media isn't interested in reporting about ghost jobs so maybe the decline in jobs is really a break for us from fake job postings?

Things have already been upended. Data should track how many roles have been filled, not created. This is the Era of ghost jobs where companies have had and have no intention to hire. No one is reporting on the reality of this job market. I've been unemployed and trying to get a job since 2023.
