This is so wonderfully playful and a great advert for how naturism should be 📷

Am (temporarily) in charge of the Very Secure Place at work this week. We’ve been given blue and white bags for “sensitive waste” and am wondering whether to refer to them as Fred The Shred or Right Shred Fred.
It’s only coffee and synthpop keeping me going today and even then it’s a close run thing.
At least two people in Zaph & Groupie‘s orbit thought these outfits were real.
Perhaps for the same reason cabriolets cost more than the same cars with a regular hard roof, and women’s bikinis cost more the less material they seem to contain?
They’re all at it…
Zaph & Groupie smile for the camera. The original image has been turned into a Pop Art style portrait with vivid colours (which also appears to have turned Zaph’s black t-shirt blue and tinted Groupie’s lenses)
If you liked us dressed up like disco balls you might like this version too. Zaph & Groupie in a pop art style. Think this might work as a phone background.
I was later told off by some old guy for looking at his bird.
An arrangement containing a bonsai tree, moss, alien figures, little mushrooms and highland cow figures.
The same thing but at night. The aliens glow.
Groupie’s been to workshops again and came home with this. She calls it “the unexplained wood”.
It contains bonsai, aliens, mushrooms, moss, highland cows the aliens clearly abducted at one point…
…and the aliens glow in the dark too.

Zaph & Groupie smile for the camera in digitally generated disco ball outfits.
Playing around with filters on a certain other social media platform and ended up generating this pic of the two of us in what appears to be disco ball dressing gowns. We look like we’re at some sort of cross between a spa and Studio 54 circa 1977 and my god I wish these outfits actually existed 🪩
My gf (Groupie) says she likes the glasses 🤓
70s style is always a winner.
Twinsies, Groupie says. 👓
Sitting on the sofa/loveseat drinking caramel laced coffee and listening to (and I can’t believe this exists again) Laser 558.
Peak Sunday vibes.
A path through a forest of evergreen trees.
A field, with trees in the distance, on a cloudy day.
A calendar page detailing dates for the next month and various names for the moon in multiple languages and cultures.
1st of the moon. Felt the call of the local forest again.
There was a path that had not existed before, it wasn’t totally cleared and it was difficult to walk on, but determination made me get to the end.
There’s a metaphor there somewhere.

Very carefully, I’d imagine! 🔥
Just see a YouTube advert encouraging me to visit the USA.
My laughter could probably have been heard in Tallinn.
Have started giving ♥️ to posts on here again.
If you decide to block me because of this, then as far as I’m concerned you’re the one with the problem.
There’s an ice cream van nearby playing the Yankee Doodle theme and I find myself singing along to it with the Roger Ramjet lyrics.
Good lord, which distant corner of my disordered mind did that surface from?
No, complete coincidence that the local branch of Dunelm had a special on in the paint department, nothing to see here, move on…
…and ignore the little red corvette parked round the back as well…
Which does make a change for her 😊
Jucika reminds me of Groupie in so many ways we actually call her “cartoon Groupie”
Am also on team Colgate, but I have the purple kind 😊
This is like Groupie in a bad mood, which fortunately doesn’t happen very often 😊 @transdiffusion.org aficionados may appreciate the test card too.
The original and best!
Oh god, yes. Music like this gives me goosebumps of glee.

You weren’t kidding about your love of clocks.
18.19 was it? 😊
Reminds me of playing connect four with my gf Groupie at the naturist Clover Spa in Birmingham.
Top left: a pair of singers on stage in silver costumes play at a concert. Top right; a man and two women smile for the camera behind some photos. Bottom left; a gorse bush in grassland on a sunny day. Bottom right: a plaster moon like artwork takes shape on a table.
It’s new moon’s day & I’m looking back at the moon we’ve just had. Highlights include seeing VÆB in Glasgow, meeting Elle Mulvaney on a tour of Coronation Street, spending quality time in the local forest and going to a moon workshop.
Wishing you everything you’d wish yourself in the next 29½ days.
Looking at myself in the mirror in the unforgiving light of the work gents.
I think I’ve finally got to the stage where I can’t get away with only shaving every other day any more.
Well, my dad warned me that would happen eventually and it’s been one hell of a run.

This is lovely. Perfect summer 😊
