When writing about the Mets, one must be accurate regarding Mets losses, as there are no other Mets topics.

Reading the FT front page story about a Chinese company introducing a battery with a 1500 km range & six minute recharging time & about how two Chinese companies own more than half of the global EV battery market & I am struck by the different realities the US and China occupy. We’ve lost the plot.
Not that I'm saying anything new, but: What an idiot.
He's going to force our servicemen and women to eat, sleep and work with contagious people. That'll work out great.
He may as well be running around screaming "Eugenics!"
Needing healthcare does not make a person lesser in any way.
"Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" does not have an asterisk next to it excluding people when it's convenient.
Another U2 album

NASA Astronaut Reid Wiseman, who commanded Artemis II, took this footage from the far side of the Moon with his iPhone.

I ate half of one cup and threw out the rest of the box. It was that bad.
John Swartzwelder had the best answer to this question.
So when AI has replaced all the junior software coders of the world and the senior ones retire, who will be left to “fix” an AI when it runs amok? I feel like that needs to be addressed before we just let AI program itself.
The famous "box battle" artwork that adorned many Generation 1 Transformers packaging from 1984-1986. Several Transformers are seen fighting against a space background with purple, blue, and red nebulae. The Transformers' robot forms are generally depicted as closer to the actual toy rather than the cartoon designs.
Toy packaging art from the 80s was unparalleled. When I was 6 years old this was the greatest thing I'd ever seen.
A painting (used as a magazine poster) by Earl Norem of various Masters of the Universe characters fighting
I do believe there is such a thing as good art and bad art. But I also believe there should be a museum of toy packaging and marketing art so I can stand in front of this Masters of the Universe poster by Earl Norem and talk about its composition like it's The School of Athens
These X-Men cards were a lot of fun.
Four 1951 Bowman cards on a desk. All are New York Giants: Sal Maglie, Larry Jansen, Leo Durocher, Clint Hartung
What's on your desk? #Cardsky
The leg flinches a tiny bit, so you could technically call a balk there, but I don't think that would be called in most situations.
Fantastic!
Olaf glass figurine being worked with fire
This kills the Olaf.
Robert Johnson always sounds amazing, but the clarity of this recording takes his sound even higher.
You ever notice how in the Superman the Movie poster, he's got one fist out, and on Superman II he's got two fists out? Well BUCKLE UP, I gave him three and four fists for Superman III and Superman IV, respectively. Hilarious!
They're cowards for not doing this.
I've seen a million faces and I've rocked them all.

Mumbles from Dick Tracy says "Whtffwerfuz?"

Drew Carey, in the Superstar Limo attraction, selling maps.
The list of cameos for Muppets Rock N' Roller Coaster is good, but what we really need is Drew Carey selling maps to the concert.
"Two weekends’ worth of celebrities, influencers, and ticket-holders descending on the Coachella Valley every year makes Phil Anschutz a lot of money. What he does with that money, though, should be enough to have would-be attendees rethinking their choice."
A good thread about Jackie Robinson Day
