Green Libraries Partnership The Green Libraries Partnership aims to enable public libraries in England to address Environmental Responsibility and to work with their communities to build environmental understanding and action.

This sounds really interesting and certainly something I have seen in my own kids and their experiences of school.

It's beginning to look a little bit festive in the @derbycollege.bsky.social libraries. This tree was rescued and lovingly restored by our library assistants and decs made from old books. Was great chatting to Molly, our sustainability officer about supporting college initiatives #GreenLibraries

Finally got round to listening to this today - a really interesting stance on library transitions. Lots of food for thought especially around breaking down barriers for users. This would be of interest to any school librarians working with 6th form students too. Thanks @thatlibraryman.bsky.social
