I don’t know who I feel
sorry for more. Adam for having constant digs thrown at him by David or Gemma for being forgotten by her campmates and nearly missing out on her food. #ImACeleb

Amazed David Haye hasn’t been pulled up on his appalling behaviour. His unnecessary bullying of Adam - a brilliant campmate, who’s previously spoken openly about having arthritis - just because he’s unwell, is actually unpleasant to watch. Absolutely toxic behaviour - get him out of there #ImACeleb

Someone just told me that The Princess Bride is "overrated" and long story short it's perfectly acceptable to remove toxic people from your life.

So once again a man started a wildly successful harassment campaign against a female celebrity who didn’t actually do anything and the internet swallowed it full throated, and the whole thing is revealed to be concocted horseshit he can’t muster anything more than “sorry that happened I guess”

Few people have been proven wrong in life as much as teachers who said "you're not going to have a calculator in your pocket everywhere you go, you know!"

Sunday Girl

🎼
I know a girl from a lonely street
Cold as ice cream, but still as sweet
Dry your eyes, Sunday Girl

Hey, I saw your guy with a different girl
Looks like he's in another world
Run and hide, Sunday Girl 🎼

On 23 June 2026, Britain marks ten years since the Brexit referendum. We were promised £350 million a week for the NHS. We were promised the easiest trade deals in history. We were promised sunlit uplands.

Research now shows the economy is 6-8% smaller,

Funny, isn't it, how some red lines matter and some don't.

I guess you get paid for the important ones.

Also on this day in 2024 Sum4 1 released their eighth and final studio album, Heaven x Hell.

Still so sad that this is their last album, but such an amazing one to go out on. 20 amazing tracks but my favourite is Dopamine.

What's yours?

Why though? The film felt like the right end to me. I don't want to see a new generation of Peaky Blinders, Tommy was the main character and without him, I don't think it'll be as good.

I appreciate the light documentaries shed on the abhorrent 'manosphere' but we are still missing voices of women/girls who suffer most from those things. Maybe I've missed docs/shows on such, or maybe they're just framed as true crime docs without being overtly linked to misogyny & hate fuelled men

Red Piller on Louis Theroux’s Manosphere documentary: I’m not homophobic.
His mum: He’s not.
Louis: You said if your son was gay you’d disown him.
RP’s mum: *silence*
RPer: That’s not homophobic.

I watched the #LouisTheroux documentary about the Manosphere last night. Christ. What a bunch of utterly rancid men. Fragile, insecure, controlling, angry, manipulative and are so focussed on an image that they don’t live a real life. All about clicks and followers and the control.

One man's defence of being called homophobic for saying he'd disown a child that was gay was to say 'I have a gay mate'. Why can't they lie any better? Or just be honest. It's insulting and maddening. #louistheroux

The Manosphere documentary with Louis Theroux is exactly as expected, but is still disheartening and shocking. The men are vile, hypocritical, misogynistic, prejudice cunts crying to be seen as something other than the insecure horrible people they are at the cost and harm of others #louistheroux

On this day in 2008, Panic At The Disco released their much delayed second studio album, Pretty Odd on #FueledByRamen

This was the last to feature @thisisryanross and @iamjonwalker who both left the band the following year.

Nine in the Afternoon is such a superb song!

I count Buffy the Vampire Slayer as one of my favorite shows of all time, so despite whatever problems he had, the death of Nicholas Brendan is hitting me like a punch to the face. I hope he finds peace in whatever comes after.

Just heard about Nicholas Brendan. The guy had a troubled life and did a lot of harm, but he seemed to be trying to turn things around in the last couple years.

RIP to Nicholas Brendan. Xander may have at times been the worst, that was Joss’s fault not yours. You played him so well. Slaying demons onscreen and battling them off. Things were difficult but you were part of something that means so much to so many.
Rest. #ScoobyGang4Life
