5 of the 8 fastest 147s in snooker history have been by Ronnie O'Sullivan. Not sure anyone has been more talented relative to their peers than him, in any sport. And it *is* a sport. The mental demands are intense, but the physical strain is far greater than most people realise too.
Some people argue the fact men in their late 40s/early 50s are going deep in tournaments shows that snooker is uncompetitive. This argument simply doesn't fit with the pattern of triple crown titles. If it were true, surely it's indicative of the level of skill that it takes decades to master...
