Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. went hunting for dinosaur bones in the Dakotas with child sex traffickers Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.

The USSR didn’t fall because people read political theory. It fell because shelves were empty and promises broke. Trump’s authoritarianism will fall the same way — by exposing the economic betrayal.

GOV'T FUNDING/SHUTDOWN
Republicans are trying to shutdown the gov't unless they're able to take away tax credits for ppls health insurance
That would raise costs by as much as 75% for working ppl who buy health insurance on their own
Democrats are fighting it. 9/30 deadline.
Trump pretends to care abt American flag, but:
-He has auctioned it off to the Chinese & Saudi's
-He thinks ppl who protect America in the military are suckers/losers
-He deletes parts of the constitution if he doesn't like them
-He only believes elections count if he wins
thanks David
The painful irony of this is that Democrats have achieved results—and that more are within our reach—but we won’t succeed at convincing anyone about them if our focus is on the process of getting them done. Consider how differently these messages land with voters: Instead of saying "passed a law so criminal gun traffickers face up to 15 years in prison," say "put criminal gun traffickers in prison for up to 15 years." Instead of "negotiated with prescription drug companies," say "lowered prescription drug prices by forcing companies to negotiate with Medicare." Instead of “invested $1.5 trillion in transportation infrastructure," say "built 100,000 miles of new roads so your commute is shorter.” Instead of "created the largest climate investment in American history," say "made your electric bill cheaper with more clean energy." Instead of "expanded access to broadband internet," say "brought high-speed internet to rural communities that didn’t have it before."
This is very astute advice from @jessefferguson.bsky.social about how Dems should talk about what they've delivered for voters. time.com/7306863/demo...

Trump's Epstein coverup is just a continuation of the GOP agenda.
They defend the powerful while ripping the rug out from working families.
MCGOVERN: “.. It is extraordinary that they’re so scared shitless over these Epstein files, that they’ve done something that I’ve never seen happen before. I mean, basically they just shut down for the week.”

This is what it looks like to run a cover-up operation for the elite and powerful.
You cancel Congress rather than having to vote for disclosure.

Who could have seen this coming? Abortion bans force doctors to question, delay, or deny standard care during miscarriages – which can be deadly.
