It's hard to go past whatever Bambu printer you have budget for - my X1C is my second 3d printer, and it excels at being an appliance rather than a hobby in itself.

Bambu is not as open source as other manufacturers, but they seem to be far and away the easiest to get something working with.

I feel like I should also mention that Cilium supports both Ingress and Gateway API, if you are already using it as your CNI.

The good part here is that Ingress itself isn't going away, and you have a great alternative with Gateway API, with lots of implementations for both.

Pretty interesting that that article entirely misses one of the points of the story - that the thing that made Nell's copy of the book special was that there was a human ractoe behind the book...

I'm looking for my next thing, and I need to move fast. I have several years of experience in developer relations from startups to the enterprise, and I'm particularly skilled at distilling complex topics into something easily understood by newbies and non-technical folks alike, on stage or off. 1/3

I'm just sad you didn't get to use this as a headline for an article!

Thanks to @NicoBerlee.social.on2it.net.ap.brid.gy for all the great work on his friendly Talos fork, and for getting the support merged in ready for v1.9!

Well, I've got the TuringPi mounted into its case and racked, next up will be installing Talos Linux on them, although I think I will wait for the v1.9.0 release, because support for the RK1 boards has been merged!

When we grew the Contour team I felt it was important that the engineering culture should be explicitly stated rather than implicitly enforced, so we wrote down the things that were important to us. This remains the most impactful thing that @youngnick.net and I have done github.com/projectconto...

A real-life case study in anonymous internet harassment and insider threat: I must sadly retract my endorsement of Kevin Crawley, as I have recently learned he is a Kiwi Farms member. I believe he may pose a safety risk to his colleagues, or even to his employer.
