Why didn't #NUFC get Eketike, Pedro, Mbuemo, Sesko, Cunha and lost Isak last summer. Imho it had nothing to do with the manager. Howe has made mistakes but blaming him for PSR and the fact that NUFC's revenues are half of Liverpool's and MUFC's would be a huge mistake.
