Virginia “Yes” won, but some wonder why I suggested the State Supreme Court might overturn it. Republicans filed lawsuits claiming Democrats violated session rules to get it on the ballot. The court allowed the vote but will hear arguments on April 27 and could strike it down as unconstitutional. 🔄
