Yes, the plastic will never die. I still have a bunch of old ones that haven’t worked for years. Thinking of doing some kind of strange art piece with them and maybe putting it in a time capsule.

I call bingo for older ladies once a week. They play $.10 per card per game so lots of coins going on here! Laundry machines only take quarters. Snack machine will take electronic payment or anything up to a five, but you get coins in change.

Interesting, because instead of ditching them women just invented this thing called a “coin purse”. Also, you must live in the US. Because much of the rest of the world uses coins rather than bills for smaller denominations as they last much longer. Archaeologists won’t be finding your $20 bills.
