I also kinda think JYPe would feel safer doing a song like this with this group because it's all Americans, when they wouldn't do it with a group like Itzy, bc "Korean women don't (or shouldn't) behave that way".
Those women deserve so much better than what JYPe has done to them.

It also feels like they decided to switch to a more mature/sexier concept solely because they no longer have a minor in the group, rather than really trying to find something that was unique to the members. I don't feel like it expresses them at all, it feels much more manufactured.

I watched the video for Tweak, which is the new release from VCHA (now renamed to Girlset). It had potential as a concept/idea....but it also feels a little too mature for the ages of the members (all 19-20). The point reads as thoughts more likely to belong to someone in their mid-20's, imo.

which should be a huge green flag considering how often ppl are taking pics and videos of them without consent and often in places they aren't supposed to have access to.

Which I think is kinda weird. The vast majority of the people at these events are vetted by the brands. They don't want anyone who reflects poorly on them either, so if he's an invited guest why were they wary? But even so, he clearly knew who Lee Know was and had the balls to ask for consent,

How are we feeling over here about the Lee Know-Pavel thing? It certainly is odd, but I fear some people are making big assumptions on the Twit. I honestly just have so many questions about it. It just doesn't make sense.

I will add here- these threads are for fun. My enjoyment of fashion is based around it being an art form, but it is inextricably linked to capitalism.
I don't think high-end brands are deserving of our money. Their price points no longer reflect real quality or guarantee ethical manufacturing.

While I think Seungmin would appreciate the details of the parka-style coat, I do also think he would find it a bit too busy for his liking.
So that's all the looks. I did like the collection overall. It's not super my style, but I like to see a classic brand modernizing.

This last look is my favorite. There were several pieces with maps of London added to them (the second pic shows one where it's more visible), but the way it's added to the trench coat (I think it's embossed, but idk) adds a lot of visual interest & some extra color without being overly busy.

I don't think I have to explain this one. It's classic Prince Seungmin. I love the cream wool, the double breasted style. I like that it leans more toward the traditional military style that trenchcoats evolved from. It's just perfection.

I love the color palette of this jacket and I really love the contrast of the leather accents against the wool. The fur collar seems a bit much (I would hope it's detachable). I think the color is really suited to Seungmin's complexion, especially when he's got his darker brown hair.

These two trenchcoats are very similar, but I think they both have appeal. I like the grey leather of the more 'masculine' or traditional cut a but more, but I think the shawl collar of the other one gives a homier, softer vibe.

This jacket uses a similar fabric but in a grey. I like the ruffled color, I like how it softens the structured feel of a trench. I actually really think this style/shape could be a compliment to Seungmin's shoulders, while being more close fitting to his torso.

We're now on to outerwear. The navy trench is the look Seungmin specifically called out, & I do like it a lot. I like the navy, how the fabric has a sheen creating a lot of interesting shade. The leather belt also adds interest in a fun way.

While I will stay on my 'put men in skirts agenda' I chose this look for the shirt. I like the contrast of the more workman style cut with the leather. A leather shirt isn't super useful in a daily wardrobe, I do think for a magazine shoot or for concept photos you could do something interesting.

I love this whole look for Seungmin. I think it would flatter his proportions, and the leather lapel adds some fun to what could be a very basic black suit.
I think the elongated cuffs are fun, but I do worry they could look sloppy & not intentional. Definitely a contender for awards show season.

It's just a slightly more elevated take. I like the slouchy shape and the choice of doing the plain fabric exterior with the pops of plaid accents in the facings. Very classy and classic while not being stuffy.

I particularly like the sheerness of the white shirt. With the plaid pattern, it's not overly revealing, but it's a bit sexy, something we've seen Seungmin play with a bit more here and there.
The khaki jacket does match the general shape we get from Seungmin's ever present windbreakers,

I'm starting with the more casual outfits and will progress from there ending with several pieces of outerwear 😂😁.
The tops for both of these looks are what I want to talk about. I think they both lean into Seungmin's established style, but with just a slightly different vibe.

I'd like to see him just as much as everyone else, but SKZ-talkers is one of the few pieces of content that actively infringes on their off time and so I have never going to complain about whatever amount of screen time any member has.

I don't know when I will learn I can't go on Twitter after a SKZ-talker comes out... Because all anyone is doing is counting the seconds that each member is in that episode and then whining.
I just want to talk about cute moments, not see 47 tweets about how we never see Chan in Talkers.
