That being said, you can already write emoji as part of the tag, for example, you can write #π»bear so the emoji is in the tag name, which will also be displayed in the Sidebar. Hope it helps! (2/2)
We thought about using emojis for TagCons, but we have a few concerns: Emojis are static images, so they donβt adapt to dark or minimal modes like native icons do. In addition, they look different across every OS and platform, so the consistency is an issue. (1/2)
At the moment we dont have plans to add PlantUML because it requires a Java-based engine that doesn't fit into Markdown based notes app. That being said, we'll look into alternatives in the future. πͺ
