Organic crop production is all about tradeoffs. We can’t use herbicides or GMOs leaving tillage as the primary form of weed control

This year we are growing hybrid rye in our corn stubble. It’s not no till but we’ve reduced tillage significantly

The rye will be fed to our organic pigs in 2025/26
