Cook meat in thing. Drain fat. Add 8oz water per 4oz of pasta. Add noods. If spaghetti, make it into like a birds nest. Add sauce, cover all noodles. Don't stir. Pressure cook for 8 mins. Release pressure. Let sit. Stir. BAM DONE
