It's a chill out and vibe exploration game. The obvious comparison is to Yume Nikki but for me it scratches an itch of exploring liminal/moody spaces with a horror tinge but without jumpscares to (imo) ruin the mood.

The map design too isn't ground breaking but well put together with shortcuts and places to return with better movement options. A low hp system is a small concern for me in metroidvanias but it's not a problem in the demo.

My favorite metroidvania from the fest, I enjoyed this demo more than I thought I would. Controls are tight, the the music and art is great, gunplay feels good and the gun mods are transformative.

A single player Maple Story with the promise of comfy grinding and a lot of cosmetics. It's combat is a bit too simple, but I think if you're down for a simple action RPG with character growth systems this will be a time sink for you.

This game is a joke made fully formed into a proper playable game. It plays much better than you'd expect but you still have to be onboard with it.
My minor gripes is that double jump is a bit awkward, there's no fast movement option, like converting out of a dive, and overall (the demo) is a bit too simple for now. That said if you like the Mario 3D games or 3D Bomberman you'll be at home here.

Fair warning, the game doesn't contain adult content but the creator is NSFW and the community will reflect that.
It's well polished, movement felt good and everything is clear. Art and soundtrack is great. This game is in fact as good as it looks.
Mechanically it's a gathering extraction game where randomized effects are tied to the objects you scavenge. Playing on normal mode with a couple of friends it mostly felt like an exploration game and that's where it may be at it's best.
