I'm going to watch and most likely enjoy both of them. I love these kind of movies.

Thing with layoffs is that the work itself doesn't go away, just the people that were doing that work.

What happens?
The remaining folks are stuck doing MORE work, certain needed tasks are no longer done or take longer to get done.

But management still wants those tasks exactly as it was before
