Some uninteresting white man 🤣 seemed like he was introduced late in the game and definitely wasn’t as interesting as Vaas

As a first time player, Jade Empire still holds up, though the combat is pretty janky. FC4 really surprised me, I didn’t think it would surpass FC3 but honestly I think it does, even the open world I prefer over FC3, though I think Vaas was more interesting than Pagan Min

Clone High but in the Zelda universe would be pretty fun actually. Could’ve been a pretty successful web series back in the Newgrounds heyday

Played a bit of Deathloop. First impressions? Why oh why does it have Marvel movie writing/humor? Not that it’s a dealbreaker but it makes me less interested in the characters which seem interesting otherwise. I will see, the game still does seem promising #blutoid

Upon further investigation, I guess not! I thought there were HD versions of IV and V but nope

Humble Bundle is slowly giving us all the Etrian Odyssey HD games? I think there’s only IV that remains? Also pleased that they are giving us Hard West 2 also, that’s been on my list for awhile! #blutoid

I beat Mass Effect 2 unexpectedly. Basically played the game sporadically, put it down for awhile and when I came back to it months later did not realize I was at end game. Made the ending a lot less impactful because I forgot the plot 😬 I guess on to Mass Effect 3? #blutoid

I don’t know if I could ever play this game again. 20 years ago I played through 95% of the game, save state scumming, and when I got to Dark Falz I realized I was underleveled and out of items, meaning I’d have to backtrack out in order heal and stuff. Pretty much left it at that..

Yeah, I think the game would thrive with modern controls for combat. I’m thinking Arkham Asylum type combat more so than Dark Souls, while still maintaining an RPG feel

I’ve been hooked on Jade Empire recently. Fantastic game, built on the KOTOR1 engine just with real-time combat. I wasn’t expecting the game to be genuinely funny, the writing is entertaining and the gameplay, while janky is easy to acclimate to. We may never see a sequel but a real gem #blutoid

Hopefully S1 compatible. Only played the Coolboarders 3 demo back in the day, and funny thing is there were a lot of games in this franchise, including on the Dreamcast under the name Rippin’ Riders. Would love an extreme sports collection, with 1-3Xtreme and more but yeah definitely a dead genre

I already now it’s going to be at least $1k. At the end of the day, it’s a living room PC and not a console. It’s also more powerful than the deck. I feel like they could make an entry level version that is only a bit more powerful than the deck for less but even then I’d expect it’d be $700

following @shadeoflight.bsky.social’s post about finishing R&C1, thought I’d reshare my own experience with it. R&C2 is miles ahead of the first game, and while I’d be tempted to say just skip R&C1, it’s worth playing just to see the jump in quality in the sequel. It just kind of sucks #blutoid

What they should’ve done was remaster the original for modern platforms. I think the game is easily accessible on Steam and via emulation of course, but I’m assuming for PS5/Switch/Xbox it’s not available

Post a game you remember playing but nobody else remembers. All I remember about Ball Breakers was that it was a racer where you played as cyborgs who moved around on spheres instead of legs and that it had a top down perspective almost like Rock ‘n’ Roll Racing but was cumbersome to play. #blutoid
