Started working on my dream side project. A reimagining of Wipeout 2097 so I can build a bespoke arcade motion experience. Got an engine from scratch somewhat working. All the old assets have been converted and modernized. I’ll AI sample textures once everything is working.

This thing is working perfectly. No more “what’s this song?” for music playing on the Sonos via Pandora…

My boys and I have started a game from scratch over our Christmas break. Youngest did the artwork, I then used meshy.ai to make 3d models and rig them. Backend is Golang, frontend is currently three.js and vuetify

Another itch scratched. I just created an ESPHome project for HomeAssistant that displays what is currently playing on a particular media player on an LCD display (Waveshare ESP32-S3 7").

After all that work the township decided to dump 60k gallons of water through my yard (each year they open the water main at the end of my street to drain sediment). Fucking terrible timing
