Should Nebraska Legislature change laws enacted at ballot box? Depends on who you ask. Throughout the 2025 legislative session the question was asked over and over and over again: Should the Legislature take action on laws enacted by the people at the ballot box?

We can’t arrest our way out of homelessness.

To build safe communities that advance justice for all, we must invest in reaching people with the resources they need, when they need it.
