Thank you. I’d never seen that.
This is humiliating for RFK Jnr. He’ll be gone soon.
Phil Foden isn’t going to be on the plane to North America if he doesn’t get some decent game time before the squad is announced. Come on Pep!
On the basis of that first round performance, Ronnie O’Sullivan is back to his brilliant best. He was focused, fast and ruthless. Higgins will test him though. #WorldSnookerChampionship
The other day, I made the mistake of being truthful when a doctor asked how many units of alcohol I drink in a week. She thinks I’m an alcoholic now, seemingly not being aware that most people lie.
Yep, me too.
I don’t like doing it. I’d prefer the Wordle people to try, as much as feasible, to avoid words with common letters.
I think Trump supporters can communicate with each other by thought alone, so that when one has an idea for a post, the rest receive that message and they all then post it.
That’s my theory. 😉
Another Bluesky user gave the idea to me.
Trump’s insider trading crimes are nothing compared to his sex crimes, racism & incitement/pardoning of Jan 6th thugs. Thankfully, he won’t enjoy his ill gotten gains. Soon, one of those Big Macs will be his last. “For the love of money is the root of all evil” (another Bible verse he doesn’t know).
Annoying! I recently learned that when there are multiple possibilities & not enough attempts left to try them all, the best option is to try to use as many of the possible letters in one or two incorrect words. You have more chance of seeing the right letters & be able to give the correct answer
€499 to watch one day of the Ryder Cup is daylight robbery. They’ve priced the average fan out of it. Just as they’ve done for the World Cup. Only the rich can enjoy great sporting events live these days. The European Ryder Cup organisers should be ashamed of themselves.

Wow, according to RFK jnr, Trump has invented a new way of calculating percentages. Why the hell haven’t they given him a Nobel prize? Or the Fields Medal for maths? The man is a stone cold genius.
This is an appalling decision. And the justification for it is ridiculous.
Hear hear!

A local tattoo artist posted a video on Instagram of him asking two blokes in hi-vis not to put up an England flag on the lamp post outside his shop. Consequence: a flood of bad Google reviews including the predictable “paedo” allegations (“he touched my daughter” etc). Truly the shittiest people.
There’s nothing in that statement that corresponds with what you claim she said.
Then you’re genuinely wrong.
Reform voter (if only he could find the polling station and learn to spell the letter X) is so stupid he told his victim his name.
Farage welcomes mindless thugs like this into his fold.

This may be a daft question, so feel free to tell me so if it is, but Is there any reason why car manufacturers can’t capture the sunlight that hits cars every day and turn it into electricity?
That’s a shame.
I wonder how long can the New York Times keep “failing” before it finally fails. He’s been saying it’s failing for
10 years.
Lots of “outrage” over an imbecilic IDF goon smashing up a statue. I wonder how many Palestinian children he’s killed. Or how many Palestinian women he’s raped. There’ll never be any outrage about that.

Are they worse than the others?
Although this is a dramatization, it does go well with what happens when we are not aware of what is happening around us.
Know the signs meaning!
It. Just. Takes. One.
Be sure you can be that one.
Save a life you will.
Many shelves in Baldock Tesco have 4 for 3 offers. In this one, you have to spend £10.95. Just on ketchup! Does Tesco appreciate that most people on a tight budget can’t do that? Which means Tesco’s 4 for 3 offers are only for their comfortably off customers. For the poor, groceries cost more.
UK fines are mere pennies. My granddaughter lost a book recently. Letchworth library staff didn’t charge us for it & just asked us to return it if we find it. Growing up poor in the 60s, the library was a place of learning & joy for me. Lending libraries run by local authorities are fantastic.
