the meanest thing depression does is convince you it's not there, so I try to talk about it pretty openly

I'm just unlucky in that I don't have cycles of "no/almost no depression" and "depression", my cycles are "medium depressed" to "severely depressed" 🤷 But I have medication and some amount of therapy at least and learning about the ADHD has been helping a ton too
