Security companies servicing some of these groups/sponsors' target sets don't publish in English. There's sometimes a wealth of info about certain adversaries that just doesn't bubble up into the Anglophone CTI sphere...

Counterfeit Chinese Technology: Gateway for Hackers? FBI investigates if fake Chinese computer parts could cause a security breach.

I'm not aware of this leading to any intrusions, but there was concern at the time about the sale of counterfeit routers from China to USMIL leading to this outcome. Buyers included "U.S. Naval Academy, U.S. Naval Air Warfare Center, U.S. Naval Undersea Warfare Center"

Totally. America's Test Kitchen has super reliable recipes, and their explanations of their recipe crafting are top-notch. I've gifted their "Cook's Illustrated: New Best Recipe" to several people—it’s a great 101 reference.
