with atcute you can just do like:

if the pds doesnt support prompt=create then it should? just be ignored &continue to show the screen with login & create account options

(bsky pds' allow creating an account through this too btw)

in the interim if you omit the `login_hint` in the PAR request it'll just take you to the PDS' oauth screen with options for both creating a new account & logging in
