The use of AI in one aspect of an art makes me feel like I cant trust the art as a whole. If someone's using AI as a cover, what else did they use AI on? What is stopping them from using AI elsewhere if they are boldly using AI where we can see it? Can we trust them in aspects where AI isn't visual?

But I agree with what Wendigoon said which is that it's a shame such an interesting analog horror is ruined by AI slop images, because so much of the visual storytelling is lost because AI is too dumb for character design consistency.

Months ago I came across a horror analog clip on tiktok, & weeks ago Wendigoon posted a yt vid about it. TLDR: Angel Engine is an analog horror with human writing, but is ultimately being ruined by the creator using AI images for visuals. I highly recommend Wendigoon's video on it but [cont below]
