We've added 6.5 lbs. to our pack! This is our latest adoptee, Stinkie, named not for an odor-related issue but because he's so STINKIN' cute! He moved right in like he owned the place and he gets along great with Buddy, our very protective Pyrenees. A safe and happy life awaits this little guy.

My sentiment exactly. But livestock owners use them to ward off coyotes and if the dog doesn't show a knack for protection they often get dumped and abandoned.

I work with a Pyrenees rescue group in Florida. We have so much hair from these furry giants. I have a couple of these fish grill baskets hanging in my trees. We've found nests in our birdhouses with white fur in them. And squirrels use the hair, too.

I called the water company but they wouldn't guarantee the bees would be relocated. It sure sounded like they were going to exterminate them. I told them to leave them alone! Not going to kill a colony on my watch. I prefer happy endings.

A #honeybee colony in my watermain box! I found a #beekeeper excited to add a new colony to his 16-colony farm. He emptied the hive with his bee vac&moved the honeycombs to a new bee box. In the pic, his vac is on the bottom, the bees crawling to their new home up top. They're happy and doing well!

I don't know much of his music but his spoken interviews are not to be missed. I often watch him on YouTube.

I agree, tax the churches. But this is not an accurate figure. The annual cost of the federal income tax exemptions for churches and other exempt religious organizations is roughly $2.4 billion.

The most purple of all my yard purples, the American Purple Beautyberry. The berries can be made into a tasty jelly but I leave them for the critters. The leaves contain a compound that repels mosquitoes and ticks. But I grow it solely for the purple. #FlowersonFriday

I've been asking my pup to "Get daddy's slippers!" for years. Nothing. He once brought me an opossum and several unpotted palm trees. I'm a proud papa.
