1. Witkoff has not been confirmed by Congress & is therefore NOT a member of Trump's cabinet (USC a2, s2).
2. Trump last had Witkoff in his admin in the "Great American Economic Revival" which orchestrated the largest transfer of wealth to the 1% in the history of the US.
It's not new, even recently.

Since 2007 USPS has borrowed to meet federally-mandated obligations.
For him, $15b over 20 years is too much for a vital service.
But he demands 1/3+ of a TRILLION dollars for an unnecessary war.
