A new YouGov poll out today has us leading in the South of England.

Millions of people want a strong anti-Trump, anti-Farage party that works everyday for their communities.

Would be fantastic to see a Lib Dem Metro Mayor for the first time. Would be even better it being Mike Ross!

Today Liberal Democrat Peers in the House of Lords will table a fatal motion, to reinstate the delayed local elections. If passed, millions of people would get their votes back.



The Conservatives must back our plan and end their disgraceful stitch up with Labour.

Had a fantastic time at this spring’s Liberal Democrat conference. Always amazing to know how many brilliant and lovely people we have in our party and in parliament and to be able to actually discuss policy with MPs. Highlight was certainly the Thunderbird Clive Jones!

Increasingly those who backed the Conservatives previously are astonished at the extremes to which it has lurched.

They are looking for a new home, and they are finding it with the Liberal Democrats.

We overtook the Scottish Tories at the General Election, let’s do it at Holyrood too.

Important to note this week is road safety week - and these are stories us brummies are all too familiar with. We need safer streets, tragedy on our roads is far too commonplace.

i don’t think dems realise the path to power now involves looking at lib dem policies and translating them best as possible. being a socially liberal party which panders to farmers is a really good strategy when 20% of the senate is farming states
