Yeah, it’s either really dense ice or it’s dyed.

It’s very, very dumb. They could have done it in the square nearby; that’s what it’s there for.
This could have been done at Sankofa Square too, had he/his promoters been willing to rent it out.
Ugh. Drake’s latest stunt only managed to attract more traffic in my neighbourhood and get at least a dozen cops to watch over his ice pile.
Everyone just wants to play Cities Skylines IRL
Teasdale Place towers to the north are in Scarborough SW, as are the three other highrises off Denton that you can see in that photo!
I've seen the humans by the lake characterized as "rich" or the classic misanthropy, "condo people" (who, because they couldn't afford a house, are lesser humans) but adjacent to the airport is a dense cluster of affordable housing/co-ops. Little Norway et al.
I see two neighbouring highrises in the photo of this Beer Store.
Why didn’t you do that then?
It’s Hank Scorpio’s headquarters!
Get some of that sweet Bitmoji cash!
You can still contact me via FB messenger but that’s pretty much all that’s left of my presence there.
Yep. This is why you won’t find a post on my page since January 2025.
Listening to @nolore.bsky.social ‘s Daily News (late this evening) and guess what podcast Acast advertises right after it? Take a wild guess!
My neighbourhood! This is a Drake stunt.
👏 Canada 👏 Post 👏 is 👏 a 👏 public 👏 service 👏
Nothing proves how capitalism has brain rotted everyone than thinking the post office, hospitals, public transit, libraries, etc. need to turn a profit to be worthwhile.

Headline: “Brampton man charged in fatal Mississauga hit-and-run”
Investigators say a 47-year-old Brampton man was found with critical injuries and was later pronounced dead at the scene. “A dark-coloured SUV travelling westbound on Derry Road struck a male pedestrian within the intersection and fled the scene,” a police release outlined. “The pedestrian was then struck and dragged a short distance by a second vehicle. The driver of the second vehicle remained at the scene.” On Friday, April 17, officer arrested 61‑year‑old, Sergio Dacosta, of Toronto. He’s charged with failing to stop at the scene of a collision resulting in death. Investigators have located and seized the vehicle believed to have been involved in the collision.
This CityNews headline is Brampton defamation.
The pedestrian killed is from Brampton. The person charged with killing them is from Toronto.
If a transit agency resorts to surge pricing, it doesn't understand the "public" in public transit.
While #Philadelphia keeps transit fares at $2.90 to get riders to World Cup matches, New Jersey and #Boston will charge $75 and $80.
(And yes, FIFA is awful.)

You mean Palm Beach, surely.
He’s not “chastened” he just had Nick Koulvalis do another internal poll that showed “gravy plane” had stuck. This is just mere damage control.
We’ve heard this before.
Don’t make me tap the front page again.
Made it home. Took the back way, Highway 7, to the 115 through Peterborough. So very pleasant as the sky slowly went to twilight then darkness. But once on the 401 by Newcastle, back to Thunderdome.
I hate GTA drivers.

Quick stop in Gatineau to visit family for dinner, and took the slow route through Oka and Grenville. Had to stop to see the famous Château Montebello hotel.
Maybe one day I’ll stay here.
“Even me.”
He’s not going to sue. He’s just saying so to save some face.
Because when you sue, the discovery will be fun. Depositions even more so.
This is such a wild thing Toronto does. It‘s not that residents of a new condo go to the back of the line for permits to park on the street — they are explicitly banned from getting them. The curb belongs to house-owners
