An excellent post detailing more about the issues of monetization in the hobby.

A post about how some blogs are chasing their tail trying to reinvent the wheel (hazard dice) and the importance of what we write stemming from play first.
I would be very keen to read about this campaign
Chao is one of the most generous, helpful people in the scene. You need his fucked up monsters in your life.

I wrote about my changing perspective on TTRPGs and some of the frustration that comes from the struggle of what your voice is.
But shouldn't there be an effort to present these adventures/systems as they're meant to be, which is played? A lot of discourse seems to be dominated by people stuck in cycles of white room thinking. I've found that many modules I was told were greatly designed were quite tiresome, and vice versa.

Amazing post about the problems that modern reviews have with actually doing the work of play. I tried to combat this with my review of Mandog being rooted in how I prepped it (minimally) and how it played.
I think your most amazing invention is the world’s first module that requires the reader to actually use their brain. If only others saw this as important as the creation of fire or the electronic cigarette.
I finished my review for The Door in Murex Canyon, @evilgoblin.wedding ‘s fantastic science fantasy dungeon and hexcrawl. It’s a truly alien and alive setting, much better than the tepid Wolfe rehashs that usually dominate the genre!

If you ever struggled with trying to learn how to play OD&D then you have to read the Littlest Brown Book. It clarifies and explains so much of the hard to parse information of the originals. It is also very funny.

I am a player in this campaign and this one of the most engaging, layered games I’ve been a part of. The world Chao presents us is so fully realized. Getting caught up in the details of it is a highlight of my week.

Here is my review of Mandog! @gromb.bsky.social's fantastic investigation module. Something that should be an inspiration to other adventures in the same space. You should run this module.

go ahead. post another "discourse". tell me incentives are fascistic in nature. say that blorbo is downstream from the forge. accuse an indie designer of stealing spark tables. come up with a woke way to fuck a dragon.
