Sometimes I’ll wrap in a similar fashion to how fighters wrap their wrists, from the knuckle to mid forearm for overall compression but not enough to hurt me.

I find that. Wrapping it during times I’m not actually working helps pain and inflammation down. Also wearing a wrist brace to sleep every night.

KT tape feels better, and is less in the way for support while actively drawing or working.
