The phrase “we are all adults here” is not accurate to claim when the issue is someone’s toxic emotional immaturity. The problem is that one person is not behaving like an “adult“ so it’s more like we should all be acting like adults here. Even tho “acting like an adult” has its own issues.

I have a lot to say about political violence and it’s strange to me that the people denouncing the murder of one individual can’t muster the sentiment to say it’s wrong to commit genocide.

When I was actually in the game I mostly remember making errors and hearing it from the other kids. My brain was not ready for this game. I wish I was able to understand the game a little better back then, maybe I would have enjoyed playing it more when I did.
I love baseball, but I don’t have good memories playing the game. I rode the bench hard for the 3 years of Bambino League. Kids can be really mean and it’s so easy to focus the blame on one person in this game.
