We drove down to the coast today, and it was perfect!

A Slayer fan with a sharpie apparently visited the men’s restroom at the Victoria Goodwill at some point before I did. 🤷🏻

I picked up two of Criterion‘s recent Blu-ray releases. I remember seeing Eyes Wide Shut in a Waco theater back in 1999 and being impressed. It may not be Kubrick’s best, but it was a worthy ending to his career.

One of my favorite things is a restaurant mural, and I found a good one at Mumphord’s BBQ here in Victoria. Just look at that bad boy grilling the meats!!

They can remind away, but I am proud to be an Auburn Tiger!

I was at the local library’s used book sale, and this note had fallen out of a book. If I’m reading this right, it says “p. 309 — eating and preparing rotten meat.”

Really? This is what we’re taking notes on now?! 

I went to the B&N at Deerbrook to shop the Criterion sale one more time, only to find dozens of police cars surrounding the mall. I think the universe is telling me to cool it on the blu-rays. 🤷🏻
