The Heart doctor in surgical white, his gloved arms bloody all the way to his biceps. His face isn't visible, the reds are bright and strong.

The operating lights glows behind the translucent shape of a ghostly child Law held up by bloody arms, his skeleton shines lightly through the skin. On both his sides, two newborns are held up as well, fleshy and bloody, one hand reaching for him, their face nothing but glowing globes. The newborns' umbilical cord is one and the same, fused together, feeding off the other. The palette share the same striking reds as the previous image. The globe heads and umbilical cord creates an unsettling smile. The piece as a whole more subtly, abstractly, resemble a set of reproductive organs, from the entrance to the tubes, ovaries and uterus.

The bloody reds are confined to a single cube, it floats behind another glowing silhouette of child Law, this time clothed with no visible skeleton. He's held up by his headless adult body, its skin desaturated, both reduced to a sketch with only the cube detailed, the tattoos appears almost like bleeding cuts. But the cube only frame the child, the background an overwhelming white around it, Law's back tattoo, Cora-san's smile, shines through with something kinder, brighter. And the light starts at his top surgery scar.
