Something I want to challenge in management is the idea that someone must take on extra responsibilities for 3-6 months before they are promoted.

As a tech lead (w/ reports) before the pandemic I thought, ya ok this is doable. But jumping into Eng manager during, I no longer hold this view.

Is the ALT text bugging out for anyone else on this app? Every time I try to write ALT text, my keyboard covers the “save” button and the text input box and doesn’t allow the text to be saved to the image.
