Guess which road had the most litter?

On the A12, there are plastic sheets caught in the trees and fencing and in the bushes, tyres, old mattresses, fridges, you name it...

I'm currently in France where there is hardly any rubbish by the road. Miles and miles of none at all. It's as if England had given up the effort, and when the roads are so litter strewn who's going to bother taking their litter home rather than chucking out the window?
