The game does so many good things but then drops into another capitalist shithole, gatekeeping features that should be INCLUDED in the first place.

And I know it won't at all flop because people suck up way too much and try to find excuses for that.

Frustrated about how despite paying for Pokemon HOME + a Nintendo Switch Online subscription, that #PokemonChampions still wants you to pay at least $49.99/year to actually have a good experience instead of being limited to 30.
Even with the "Starter Pack", 80 box spaces are way too low.

Like I would love ALL Pokemon in the game, but would also suffice with limiting to fully-evolved mons.

But only like 30% of even just that feels really low.

Hopefully they'll open the gates for more mons in the future.

You can't transfer like 70% of all Pokemon...

I wanted to put in some of my Pokemon from past games and NOONE was allowed to touch Champions.

Extremely disappointed in the flagship battle simulator for the franchise, that should have the integrity of letting ALL Pokemon compete, not select ones

But you gotta say, at least The Pokemon Company isn't lying about how their games look like in recent years.

Seeing the ugly mess of Legends Arceus and ScarVio made me realize how rough the art style has gotten, because what we saw in Winds and Waves looks insanely good.

My dearest franchise, you might not have the best times in the last years, but I'm so glad you exist and hopeful for the future that is to come.

I'm happy-crying a lot because I love the franchise so much and seeing all of the wonderful games and remembering all the fun I had with them makes me so happy.
