28 years ago we had a budget surplus of 70 billion. Today we have a deficit of 39 TRILLION. 25 years of wars, foreign intervention and meddling, and scapegoating the weakest voices in our country got us in this situation. Really exceptional. I guess we’ll end up like one of Trump’s “businesses.”
