The Nick Woltemade price is right for Newcastle United Nick Woltemade is not the first Newcastle United striker to have his transfer fee questioned, but he's so far had all the answers.

Newcastle United’s Nick Woltemade has given the perfect on-field response after his club-record £69m transfer was questioned by Karl-Heinz Rummenigge.
For now, we should forget about the price tag.

Hardest (and slowest) Great North Run for me today.
But thanks to the extraordinary support along the route I made it to the finish line.
Proud to again been part of Sir Bobby’s Team, running in memory of the great man to raise money for the work of the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation in the North East.

Great to speak to Tim Krul for this month’s @fourfourtwo.com.
He named four of his former Newcastle United team-mates in My Perfect XI (and two more on the bench).
Can you guess them?

We sadly lost Sir Bobby Robson 16 years ago today.
Thought I’d share that Sir Bobby’s Team, a group of football writers, will again run the Great North Run to raise money for the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation, the charity the great man described as his last & greatest team.
His legacy lives on.

Sean Longstaff helped Newcastle United, his boyhood club, make history.
He’s made an immense, but often unsung, contribution, and has also scored big goals on big occasions. There have been tough times too, but he’s made of tough stuff.
He'll always be one of the club's own.
