Do you ever think about how PMC means both âprofessional managerial classâ and also âprivate military companyâ

We're working towards full independence from Bluesky as part of our Phase 2 plan. We're striving to reach this goal as soon as possible, so future outages don't impact our users.
You can help us reach this goal by making a donation:
Yesterday Bluesky went down. @eurosky.social servers worked but we couldn't communicate as we don't have an app.
Our next step is to build everything we need to operate without Bluesky. We're raising âŹ100,000 to build a European app backend supporting 100k+ users.
Let's do this

i was like "well i need to get used to them so fuck it, tax year update for my blog drops nyow"

wrote up a plan for the next year
why is it financial year-based? idfk man
(also sorry @mia.omg.lol for stealing your end of year format, it was neat so i yoinked it and used it for this)
Awesome! I was able to log back in again, thanks for sorting that out :D
@schlage.town any chance i could get this PR re-reviewed? i just rebased it on `main`'s changes :)
how are you finding the usage rate with 4.7? at work i've seen people have it analyse a ticket and come up with a plan and then they're down to like 20% hourly usage remaining
thoughts? thinking of giving my site a little bit of refresh
cant wait to get back into leaflet again lol
i have things i wanna write about for a change
wanting to make my own atproto app⌠any advice to someone with barely any experience?
it doesnt :D
it's nice, i like that the admin ui for it is just a cli interface
Being married is easy, I don't know why people complain about it. All you have to do is ask what your partner needs, actually listen to the answer, then figure out how you're going to train a variety of woodland creatures to put ancient curses on their enemies. It's literally so simple.
@atls.city !set GB-ENG-Sheffield
Raised a little PR to test the scope change with -- github.com/hyperlink-ac...
If that build could be approved I'll test on the preview deploy :)
I could raise a quick PR to try using the account: scope? I've got that change made to test locally with, wouldn't be much trouble
Alrighty. If need be I could play around with relaxing that a little on Tranquil's end, but I'm using the public container image currently so that'd be a little painful
Oh, my need was more to be able to edit my leaflet posts somewhere I could log into, I haven't personally had any issue with this
that's annoying... i moved to tranquil pds the other day and since then whenever i try to log in to Leaflet it just throws a 500 before it even tries to take me over to my pds login page
does anyone know if there's a way to edit @standard.site publications on other platforms? im mildly locked out of @leaflet.pub atm
Finally time to drop the thing I've been working on for weeks: Bluesky without Bluesky â I ran a full stack PDS/Relay/AppServer/Client stack using no bluesky code!
@leaflet.pub I'm getting a 500 when trying to log in? It redirects me to /api/oauth/login?redirect_url=%2F&handle=hayden.moe but then just... 500 error.
In my @leaflet.pub Reader, I can see posts from publications I subscribed to on Leaflet, but also on @pckt.blog, and on @offprint.app
This is what open protocols mean in practice: silos are simply gone
What you do in one app is available in other apps
so tranquil is using like 21mb of RAM atm
god i love rust apis
im on @tranquil.farm now pog
