Mondays are even more "trying" than usual these days, since the "news cycle" really gets going, and every headline brings dread, outrage, or confusion about how it is even happening. Monday's suck!

The press loves to say that "new home-builders" are reducing their new home inventory list prices, but think about where most homes are, and whether they are the size and cost that most new homeowners can afford?
