A plate of spaghetti topped with tomato sauce with sausage.

I did it I cooked food ; - ;

I didn't for like, weeks, because of mental health issues. It was a huge win to start eating anything at all again, like the cans I've been buying. But now I've made a hot homemade meal and I'm so proud of myself.

Reform voters should take note.

Put your premiums in a savings account. You will be better off.

Any health "insurance" is a racket. Insurance is a hedge against unlikely events.

It's not unlikely that you or your pet will need health services, it's certain.

Companies are not out to save YOU money. Call these what they are: Veterinary subscription plans that don't cover shit.

Sack Streeting and do not let PALENTIR anywhere near our NHS or Armed Services. It is the road to hell and dramatically compromises our National Security. WOn't always be with you Prem, but 100% on that one!!!

What is even more outrageous is dentistry has gone the same way, so patients are having to go private, pay extortionate fees and sometimes getting vastly inferior service because these corporates are profit driven and NOT patient care driven. If we are not very careful, GP Practices will be next.

This is a major issue. I would not buy a dog for this very reason. And big companies have bought all the vets practices and are charging extortionate fees for treatment as well as providing totally iadequate out of hours service. They are forcing smaller privately owned practices out of business.

Yep - the great pet insurance scam.

Which is pretty much what will happen if we don't all fight for the NHS

We pet owners are being emotionally blackmailed. The lifetime cover on my flatcoated retriever has gone up from about £55/month 7 yrs ago to £115 today. I've never made a claim.

Absolute rip-off.
And this is what will happen with our Healthcare if Reform Ltd gets into power.

I was left with an £8,000 vet bill when my insurer cancelled my pet policy Thousands of people have got in touch with BBC Your Voice over concerns about rising pet insurance costs and poor cover.

Pet insurance racket.

Insurance policies not clear about what is being sold, hidden exceptions.

Price rises after claims made,

Policies terminated when claims made, complaints rising.

People turning to pet euthanasia.

And industry pushes deregulation, which always leads to predatory practices.

"Ultimately, if the threatened jobs massacre actually happens, the Labour tradition will need to look once again at a policy it’s been avoiding for decades: embracing the severance of work from wages and providing a universal basic income, alongside universal basic services…"

Let's do both anyway.

Kemi Badenoch recently turned up in support of fox hunting, at the Heythrop Hunts fundraising Point to Point and was pictured with notorious hunt thug, fox killing huntsman Ollie Dale. She told reporters that under her leadership the Tories will oppose the ban on cruel and barbaric hunting.

It’s not the party, it’s the limited company!

Yes exactly this ⬆️
“Plagued by vetting issues” to my mind implies things that are beyond normal control, such as the plague! Racists, homophobes, misogynists, bigots etc are attracted to Reform precisely because it represents their own warped views. In other words, this is Reform strategy.

Exactly. Farage is an investment for the same mega rich RW people who put Trump back in the White House. Their foreign money must buy the "right" candidates. Like Trump's cabinet of corrupt misfits, misogynists, racists and sycophants.
But they lost in Hungary.
Ffs, Britain don't be fooled again.

Farage urged to act against candidates with racist, misogynistic and homophobic views Exclusive: Despite the pledge to employ the best vetting system in British politics, some Reform UK candidates have been condemned for their ‘grotesque views’ posted online

“Reform plagued by vetting issues”
Candidates found to have “grotesque” views.

Come on. It’s not the vetting, is it.
It’s the party. Whatever they do, they’ll always attract the racists, homophobes, misogynists and haters. Because that’s Farage. That’s Reform.

Exactly so. Which is the one thing those defending the accumulation of wealth never mention. Wonder why??!

6 hours ago 2 1 0 0

I used to not care how much wealth someone has, provided those at the bottom had enough for a good life also. I now know vast wealth is bad for democracy. Individuals can have undue influence on democracy, Aaron Banks & Brexit, buying of media and influencing elections. This needs fixed urgently.
