three years ago, ish? iirc. I posted a sword and sandals type of illustration which was mostly some guys hanging around. in a way this is a successor to that illustration because I kept exactly one (1) character design from that idea to carry over haha

hyperfixations on roman republic "side characters" has to be one of the worst experiences (in that i wish i could force myself to have a different classics fixation, therefore accumulating wider knowledge for degree purposes). but my brain said no: cassius ravilla, fimbria and gaius trebonius
