Dr Brihane is the founder and principal investigator of the AI Accountability Lab, which studies AI technologies and their downstream societal impact, so as to foster a greater ecology of AI accountability. She is a member of the ADAPT Centre, an Assistant Professor at Trinity College Dublin, has featured in TIME's 100 Most Influential People in AI, served on the UN's AI Advisory Body and Ireland's AI Advisory Council.
