It's at least eased a bit by bsky not being my sole place to social. But it's my preferred place so it's frustrating :D

At the moment, I'm just glad they're aware of it and responded.
Wish I could just port RSS directly into bsky tho.
my default is "what did I do wrong now?"
Getting a bunch of connection errors and "method nor valid" errors when dlvrit tries to post.
My last regular scheduled post went up around 4pm yesterday. A trio went up this morning around 6am, but everything else has been manual.
I'm mostly just glad it's not a "me" problem.
Got a resopnse back from dlvr.it about the posts not going through:
"Hi there,
The current service disruption is due to an outage on Bluesky's end. At this time, they have not provided specific details or an estimated time for a resolution."

Again, all the best lightsaber fights are in the animated projects.
The fight at the end of episode 6 is striking and it's criminal that the people running the animation projects aren't in charge of the live-action side as well.
hm, dlvr.it isn't able to connect to bluesky, so all my feed posting is DOA for the moment.
Dude is such an easy block.
Great, now I gotta find some hentai MCU stuff. And quality ones at that.
We just have to see how it ranks next to G-Saviour.
man, I love the passion you get in good hentai.
But his character here just left me colder to the whole thing. The brief sequence with his son in the film is the one time his character felt human, especially in a project that has characters mostly dealing with real things.
I dunno. The whole thing just felt off and never hit right.

I've also long been very hit or miss with Jonah Hill films. I've liked him as an actor, but his role here just felt so forced (intentionally so) that it was off-putting. How much of it is still just adjusting to his getting older and other physical changes? Glad he's happy and healthy, no issue.

I mean, you expect it in most SF movies, but they suffer from it too. You look back at older 80s SF and earlier, and there's certainly CG, but the majority of sets are physical and real. It's tactile and imperfect
When watching a black comedy/drama, the perfection of background is unnerving

The contrast to one of those sequences and him walking down the alley to the doll store afterward are striking. Some of it is intentional color tone choices, but also just filming in a real place.
But when your eye is just drawn to the artificiality of it, it takes you out of the scene.

What I think got to me as it progressed was the artificiality of it where it didn't need to be. i get the desire of filmmakers to control everything, but it results in something that doesn't feel real. Sequences involving Reeves on his patio by the ocean are obviously CGI backgrounds.

The cast for this is relatively small, and Keanu Reeves handles it all pretty well. The cast in general is likeable, with Matt Bomer having some real honesty toward the end, and getting Cameron Diaz returning to acting recently just makes me happy.

I ended up watching Outcome last night. I had liked the trailer when I saw it earlier this year, as it has a cast that I generally like.
Why was it such a bad movie?

I tend toward drama and character material with the hentai I like, but the comedy from Tatsuro is just chef's kiss.
They're hit or miss, but when Karma Tatsuro comes up with some goofy shit, it is very much goofy.
My digital thinning continues.
that was a hoot.
I've liked McGinley since like forever, he's been a constant in a lot of projects. I remember Young Doctors in Love and his time on Happy Days, for example.
my eldest is familiar with ted mcginley as derek on shrinking, and just saw him pop up in evening shade circa 1990 and it was one of those "Whoa!" moments.
This week's background show is 1990's Evening Shade, wherein I get some of the fun of burt reynolds as he relaxes over the course of its run. but I also get more Marilu Henner than I will ever deserve with some fantastic outfits.
ugh. was so nice having weather in the high 60s recently, but now it's all back down to mid-50s for the rest of April. Barely tapping into low 60s until early May.
After such a decidedly frigid winter, I need some better weather.
