I have just finished reading Deadhouse Gates: Book 2 of The Malazan Book of the Fallen and it's incredible! Not least because of the Chain of Dogs! What a fantastic entry into this series! Guess what? I am moving on to Book 3: Memories of Ice!

The Untold Tales of Middle Earth returned last night with a session taking our party on a new mission from the streets of Tharbad to the swamp lands of Swanfleet, it was here the trail to Jon-A-Leaping led them and Derek ( a talking Otter ) and further still to Orothel - the Ranger. #ttrpg

Well it's been a weekend of two halves, one my plans were ruined by catching a cold from a colleague at work which meant a family meet up couldn't happen
