California and Virginia actually let their voters have a say in redistricting! Did Texas let their voters have a say? Nope!

Not sure wtf we're doing but it definitely doesn't feel like winning.
A president should not be allowed to announce government policies or decisions on a platform that he owns.
When Trump calls a news agency "corrupt and fake" you can trust what they say to be the absolute 💯 % truth.
Gorgeous
"COVID vaccines tied to less hospital care, long COVID, and economic burden."
"People vaccinated against COVID in Germany in 2023 experienced reduced hospitalization rates, fewer long-COVID diagnoses, and lower all-cause mortality than those who weren't vaccinated, according to a new study"
When Trump has been deposed and is in prison, we should demand that every single thing with his name on it should be repurposed for either affordable housing or for offices, charitable organizations. Not one thing should be left with his name on it when his reign of terror is finished.
Stop praising Orbán for not attempting a coup.
He only stepped down because Magyar's win was too massive to steal.
He rigged the constitution, captured the institutions, and used state media to his advantage.
He did everything he could to destroy democracy, and he failed
A president who starts posting snuff videos...
There has to be a realistic point where Trump is just removed from office. He's not hiding the sick imbalance in his mind.
The Epstein files are probably not an outlier. They're just the ones we've heard about because the perpetrators were useless at infosec.
This presidency is worse than his TV show.
WTF…
Today on Volts: I talk with my old friend @jigarshahdc.bsky.social about the headlong rush to build data centers, the lunacy of building a bunch of behind-the-meter gas-fired power plants to run them, the benefits of distributed capacity & greater grid utilization, & the need for utility innovation.
Mike Johnson will openly criticize the Pope, but he will never dare to criticize Christian Evangelicals. Hmmm...
The eyewatering hypocrisy writes itself.
Who would’ve guessed? An administration filled with grossly incompetent people, led by the stupidest president to ever occupy the Oval Office, failed to end the illegal war they started.
April 12, 2026.
It's really something to be living through the worst President, the worst Supreme Court, and the worst Congress all at once
Okay, again... this is how TF you write a GD'ed headline!!!
Just knowing that they named this moon program Artemis after the twin sister of Apollo which was the first moon mission and they have a woman on the crew makes this week not suck
We are screwed….
I still can't get over the fact that a 34 time convicted felon fired the United States Attorney General.
I talked with a guy today who leads a firm that invests in solar projects. He's got portfolios of projects in the US, Brazil, South Africa, & Latin America (Columbia, to start). I asked him if he worries about political risk (another RWer in Brazil, a coup in Columbia, whatever).
He told me ...
Soon to be appearing in midterm political ads for Democratic candidates nationwide. Thanks, Darnold. 🙏
French President Macron:
“Europe is an extremely attractive continent. For months I’ve been saying this. And thanks to our American friends, I now have an unprecedented selling point: We are predictable.”
Super fair point
The best explanation why millions of Americans worship and support a convicted felon and sexual predator...
I’m not convinced he’s a villain. He’s just human in stressful circumstances
Cloisonné pin similar to the NASA logo, but reads “NOT FLAT”, with “we checked” underneath l
NASA’s Earth photos from Artemis inspired me to put this on today… 🙂
Getting lots of positive comments on it as I run errands…
This is why the over emphasis on individual behavior change has been so short sighted and even harmful
I think we should take seriously the fact that people find it genuinely, deeply traumatic to be yelled at by people on their left. We can mock or disdain them (I've done both), and maybe losing any given one of them to X is no big deal, but in the aggregate, over time ... it's not good.
