An abortion ban survived at the North Dakota supreme court last year: 3 of 5 justices voted to strike it down, but it would have taken 4.
One of the two justices who voted to uphold the ban (Jerod Tufte) is up for reelection this year; no one has filed to challenge him yet, with 9 days to go.
No Kings won't really do that. But it's a low barrier entry point where people who haven't really been active can go and hopefully get organized for doing the actual work. It's more a starting point than an end goal. They've got some follow up webinars for attendees with basic organizing principles
One thing I'd recommend: if you're not already part of a local organizing/activist group, check out the groups marching at your local No Kings protest and see if they might be a good fit for you. Few things are better right now than joining LOCAL groups in the real world to organize.
Simplest is abolish ICE and may as well get rid of TSA while you're at it
