❗️Private schools can refuse access to anyone, including students with disabilities. IDEA doesn’t have to be followed.

🚌Transportation is another barrier- public schools are required to provide transportation, private schools aren’t.

💵Many private schools cost more than the voucher, leaving families to pay the rest, often upfront. Average tuition for a secondary private school is more than 16K.

School choice is just another way to expand the divide between the haves & the have nots.
