The five badges from the yearly challenges on top of a new t shirt.

Me at the start of these challenges 5 years ago 18.5st. Had been heavier (up to 26st) but this was the push I needed. Was using a fancy exercise bike as this was still in lockdown when it started. I coincided this with stopping drinking alcohol which is easily the best thing I ever did for my physical and mental wellbeing.

Me about a month ago. Currently 12.5st but have been under 12 (looked too weird) so aim for roundabout 12 or 13st for maintenance. I love cycling and use it whenever possible 😃

I turned 50 at the beginning of these challenges and completely flipped my lifestyle for the better. Thanks Richie 😃🙏
